- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Sauté ground turkey in a pot until browned.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and bell peppers, and cook until soft.
- Stir in diced sweet potatoes and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and black beans, then let it simmer.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
