Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, pineapple juice, and brown sugar for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet and sear the marinated chicken until golden brown.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and reserved marinade to the skillet.
- Simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice or quinoa and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
