- 1 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Sauté marinated shrimp until pink and opaque, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Add pineapple chunks and cook for 2 more minutes until heated through.
- Serve over rice or as tacos, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
