Description

A vibrant dish featuring succulent shrimp coated in a sweet and spicy chili sauce, balanced by juicy pineapple.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp oil for sautéing
  • Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimp in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add oil.
  3. Sauté marinated shrimp until pink and opaque, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add pineapple chunks and cook for 2 more minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve over rice or as tacos, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
