- 1 lb ground meat (turkey, chicken, or beef)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the sweet chili sauce in a saucepan to simmer.
- Toss the baked meatballs in the sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
Notes
For gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. You can add sriracha for extra spice.
