Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat (turkey, chicken, or beef)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped scallions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the meatballs are baking, heat the sweet chili sauce in a saucepan to simmer.
  7. Toss the baked meatballs in the sweet chili sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.

Notes

For gluten-free, use gluten-free breadcrumbs. You can add sriracha for extra spice.
