- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom
- 1 (16 oz) Sour Cream
- 2 Bags Frozen Meatballs
- 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
- Noodles
- Beef Broth
Instructions
- Empty the two cans of cream of mushroom into your crockpot.
- For each can, fill it up with beef broth and add this to the crockpot.
- Add in the packet of onion soup mix and mix everything together until well combined.
- Add the frozen meatballs into the mix and stir to combine.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- After cooking, add all the sour cream and stir until everything is well mixed.
- While that’s cooking, start boiling water for your noodles.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; once done, drain and add them to your crockpot.
- Mix everything well before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, use one can of cream of mushroom and a bit more sour cream. Add garlic powder or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
