Creamy and flavorful Swedish Meatballs, made easy with frozen meatballs, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 (16 oz) Sour Cream
  • 2 Bags Frozen Meatballs
  • 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
  • Noodles
  • Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Empty the two cans of cream of mushroom into your crockpot.
  2. For each can, fill it up with beef broth and add this to the crockpot.
  3. Add in the packet of onion soup mix and mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Add the frozen meatballs into the mix and stir to combine.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  6. After cooking, add all the sour cream and stir until everything is well mixed.
  7. While that’s cooking, start boiling water for your noodles.
  8. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; once done, drain and add them to your crockpot.
  9. Mix everything well before serving.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, use one can of cream of mushroom and a bit more sour cream. Add garlic powder or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
