Ingredients

- 1 ½ lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme.
- Divide the turkey mixture in half. Press half into the bottom of a loaf pan.
- Spread the stuffing over the turkey layer.
- Top with the remaining turkey mixture, sealing the edges.
- Brush the top with chicken broth.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra moisture, consider adding diced vegetables to the turkey mixture.
