Description

A savory turkey meatloaf filled with flavorful stuffing, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup stuffing mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and thyme.
  3. Divide the turkey mixture in half. Press half into the bottom of a loaf pan.
  4. Spread the stuffing over the turkey layer.
  5. Top with the remaining turkey mixture, sealing the edges.
  6. Brush the top with chicken broth.
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For extra moisture, consider adding diced vegetables to the turkey mixture.
