A refreshing and fruity strawberry sorbet, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  4. Every hour, stir the sorbet with a fork to break up ice crystals.
  5. Once ready, scoop and serve chilled.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Store leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer.
