- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- Every hour, stir the sorbet with a fork to break up ice crystals.
- Once ready, scoop and serve chilled.
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor. Store leftover sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer.
