  • 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Whipped cream (for frosting)
  • 1 oz Malibu rum (for frosting)
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the Malibu rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh strawberries, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a bowl, mix some whipped cream with the Malibu rum to create a flavorful frosting. Whisk the mixture until it’s light and fluffy, and set it aside.
  3. Pour the blended strawberry piña colada into a glass. Top with a generous swirl of the Malibu rum whipped cream frosting.
  4. Add a fresh strawberry on top or on the rim of the glass as a garnish. Enjoy!

Notes
