- 2 oz Malibu rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Whipped cream (for frosting)
- 1 oz Malibu rum (for frosting)
- Fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the Malibu rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh strawberries, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, mix some whipped cream with the Malibu rum to create a flavorful frosting. Whisk the mixture until it’s light and fluffy, and set it aside.
- Pour the blended strawberry piña colada into a glass. Top with a generous swirl of the Malibu rum whipped cream frosting.
- Add a fresh strawberry on top or on the rim of the glass as a garnish. Enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed immediately for the freshest flavors. Can store unblended mixture in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
