- 113 grams yogurt or additional cream cheese or coconut cream
- 130 grams powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative
- 5 medium strawberries, hulled
- 0.25 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (optional)
Instructions
- Allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature for optimal blending. If using coconut cream, ensure it’s thick and smooth.
- Remove the stems from the strawberries and puree until completely smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese or coconut cream, yogurt, powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla bean paste. Blend until smooth and homogenous.
- Transfer the mousse mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for several hours to set and thicken.
Notes
Serve in individual bowls or elegant glasses, garnished with fresh strawberry slices, mint leaves, or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
