- 1 cup Coconut Cream
- 2–3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- Fresh Mint Leaves to taste (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by rinsing, patting dry, removing the green tops, and slicing them.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the strawberries and toss gently. Let them macerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Scoop the thick coconut cream into a mixing bowl and whip using an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla bean paste while whipping until soft peaks form.
- Arrange the macerated strawberries in serving dishes and spoon the coconut whipped cream over them.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Chill the coconut cream overnight for best results. Use ripe strawberries for optimal flavor.
