Instructions

- Dump the rice into a baking dish and lay the chicken on top.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over the chicken.
- Scatter sliced butter over everything.
- Pour chicken broth or water into the dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour.
