Description

Tender, juicy steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the steak cubes in the hot skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
  5. Toss the cooked steak bites in the garlic butter and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Make sure to use medium-high heat to avoid burning the garlic.
