- 1 lb sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into cubes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak cubes in the hot skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Toss the cooked steak bites in the garlic butter and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Make sure to use medium-high heat to avoid burning the garlic.
