Succulent steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce and finished with a creamy Parmesan topping.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season steak bites liberally with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove steak from skillet and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Gradually stir in cream and Parmesan, mixing until smooth.
  6. Return steak to skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Perfect served over mashed potatoes or with crusty bread.
