- 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet, mixing until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For added nutrition, vegetables like spinach or bell peppers can be included. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
