- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sauté the fresh spinach in olive oil until wilted, about 2 minutes; set aside to cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mozzarella, sautéed spinach, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Roll out the crescent dough triangles on the prepared baking sheet and place two tablespoons of filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle from wide to pointy end and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown; serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with your favorite dip for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
