Ingredients
Scale
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon spicy seasoning (like cayenne or chili powder)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- Baby potatoes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, spicy seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts to this mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors soak in.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink inside.
- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the dill feta sauce. In another bowl, combine the feta cheese, fresh dill, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- For the side, boil or roast the baby potatoes until crispy and golden brown.
- Once the chicken is cooked, serve it on a plate alongside the creamy dill feta sauce and crispy baby potatoes.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for several hours or overnight for more flavor. Adjust the thickness of the dill feta sauce to your preference.
