A delightful fusion of Indian and Chinese flavors, packed with vegetables and bold spices in a whole wheat roti.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat rotis
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil for stir-frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers; stir-fry until just tender.
  3. Add Schezwan sauce and mix well.
  4. Warm roti on a separate pan or griddle.
  5. Add vegetable mixture to roti and roll them tightly.
  6. Let the rolls rest for a minute before slicing and serving.
