Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a separate skillet, gently heat the chili oil and sauté the minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add chili flakes to the oil and mix well.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet, coating them thoroughly with the spicy garlic oil.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
