Description

A vibrant, flavor-packed noodle dish featuring the warmth of garlic and a spicy kick from chili oil.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (soba, udon, or spaghetti)
  • 1/4 cup chili oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Sliced green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a separate skillet, gently heat the chili oil and sauté the minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Add chili flakes to the oil and mix well.
  4. Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet, coating them thoroughly with the spicy garlic oil.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.

Notes
