Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steaks with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Meanwhile, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and toss with the Parmesan sauce.
- Slice the steaks and serve on top of the fettuccine, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Let the steaks rest after cooking to keep them juicy. Don’t skip the salt and pepper—they enhance the flavor of the Cajun seasoning.
