Description

Turn classic buffalo wing flavors into bite-sized poppers, perfect for game day or a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s is classic)
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken with softened cream cheese and 3–4 tbsp hot sauce, then season.
  2. Spoon mixture into halved mini sweet peppers or onto small patties.
  3. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and roll in seasoned panko.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  5. Alternatively, air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip and veggie sticks.

Notes

Chilling the stuffed poppers for 10-15 minutes helps maintain their shape during cooking.
