Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, basil, Parmesan, salt, and pepper to form meatballs.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides.
  3. Once browned, add marinara sauce to the pan and let the meatballs simmer on low for 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  5. Serve the spaghetti twirled on plates with meatballs on top and garnish with parsley.

Notes
