Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined; the mixture should be slightly lumpy.
- Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm, drizzled with honey.
