  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onions and celery until they are soft.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the crumbled cornbread, sautéed vegetables, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the chicken broth and beaten eggs until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the center.
