Ingredients

- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup instant noodles
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (optional, for extra heat)
Instructions
- In a heavy-bottomed pot, combine the chicken broth and gochujang, bringing it to a simmer.
- Layer in the spam, sausage, kimchi, and mushrooms, allowing them to cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the instant noodles and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Stir in soy sauce and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
