Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, snickerdoodle cookie crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls.
- In a separate bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Roll each truffle in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until ready to serve.
