Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup snickerdoodle cookie crumbs

  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out the mixture and roll it into balls.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

  6. Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until ready to serve.
