Description

Delicious cookies that combine the flavors of s’mores with the convenience of a cookie, perfect for all occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden and marshmallows are puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

Notes

For thicker cookies, chill the dough before baking. Watch the marshmallows to prevent burning.
