- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden and marshmallows are puffed.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
For thicker cookies, chill the dough before baking. Watch the marshmallows to prevent burning.
