Description

A delightful combination of classic s’mores flavors infused into soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate spread
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast with warm milk and sugar until bubbly.
  2. Combine yeast mixture with flour, butter, egg, and salt to form a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with chocolate spread.
  5. Sprinkle marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top.
  6. Roll the dough tightly, slice, and place in a baking dish.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until golden brown.
