- 1.5 cups graham crackers, crumbled
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Optional toppings: Peanut butter chips, sea salt, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled graham crackers with melted butter until combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to create the crust.
- Evenly spread the chocolate chips over the graham cracker crust.
- Cover the chocolate chips completely with mini marshmallows.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the marshmallows are golden and gooey, about 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
For extra richness, you can substitute half of the graham cracker crust with crushed chocolate cookies. Experiment with different flavorings and toppings for a unique twist!
