Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
- Optional: 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Sauté minced garlic in a pan until fragrant.
- In a slow cooker, combine sautéed garlic, chicken breast, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and stir in the cooked pasta.
- Add cream for extra richness, if desired.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Can freeze for up to 2 months.
