Description

A comforting and creamy garlic-infused pasta dish made with tender chicken, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Optional: 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Sauté minced garlic in a pan until fragrant.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine sautéed garlic, chicken breast, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and stir in the cooked pasta.
  5. Add cream for extra richness, if desired.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Can freeze for up to 2 months.
