- Fresh carrots, cut into sticks

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Slice carrots into even sticks.
- Toss carrots and green beans in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Optionally add minced garlic and other seasonings.
- Spread vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until fork-tender and charred at the edges, tossing halfway.
Notes
Leftover roasted vegetables can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in a microwave or air fryer for best results.
