Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water with sugar and yeast. Let it activate for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough onto a baking sheet and create indentations for the jam.
- Fill the indentations with jam and brush the top with olive oil.
