- 1 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil (plus more for greasing and drizzling)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and instant yeast, stirring lightly.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Grease a baking pan with olive oil and dump the risen dough into it.
- Using your fingers, make dimples in the dough and drizzle with more olive oil.
- Preheat the oven and let the dough rest for a further 30 minutes.
- Bake until golden brown and puffy, about 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, experiment with different toppings like rosemary, olives, or sun-dried tomatoes. Don’t skimp on the olive oil for the best results.
