Description
A fast and fuss-free one-pan dinner featuring juicy kielbasa, golden sweet potatoes, and a delicious honey garlic glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 package of kielbasa or smoked sausage (12 to 14 ounces)
- 2–3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 small red onion, cut in chunks (optional)
- 1 cup chopped broccoli or bell pepper
- 2–3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Dried rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the kielbasa and sweet potatoes, and optionally cut the onion.
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- On a lined sheet pan, spread the kielbasa, sweet potatoes, and vegetables.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the top and toss to coat.
- Spread everything out flat and roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes.
Notes
Feel free to swap in any veggies you have on hand. Thick cuts of sweet potatoes will take longer to cook, so aim for quarter-inch pieces.
