- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix
- 1 lb ground sausage (spicy or mild)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground sausage, eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
- Scoop mixtures and roll into ping pong-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown and sizzling at the edges.
Notes
For crispier sausage balls, broil for a couple of minutes after baking. Use high-quality sausage for best results.
