Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs sirloin or flank steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 large potatoes, cut into uniform pieces
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
- Layer the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the seasoned steak on top of the potatoes.
- Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, then pour it over the steak and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the steak is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and enjoy!

For added richness, sear the steak before adding it to the slow cooker.
