Description

A hearty dish featuring tender steak and potatoes cooked slowly with garlic butter for an irresistible flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin or flank steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into uniform pieces
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer the potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add the seasoned steak on top of the potatoes.
  4. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, then pour it over the steak and potatoes.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the steak is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and enjoy!
