Instructions
- Prepare the crab by cleaning and cutting it into pieces.
- In a large wok, sauté the garlic, onion, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the chili paste, soy sauce, sugar, tomato puree, and rice vinegar. Stir to combine.
- Introduce the crab pieces to the wok, ensuring they are well coated in the sauce.
- Simmer until the crab is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges, alongside steamed buns or rice.
