Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Scrub and chop the potatoes into roughly equal-sized chunks.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter with the crushed garlic.
- Toss the potatoes in the garlicky butter, then add the shredded parmesan.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking tray, ensuring they are not crowded.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- When golden, sprinkle with additional parmesan and let sit for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
