Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Tenderize chicken breasts to ensure even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear each chicken breast until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
