- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Tenderize chicken breasts to ensure even cooking.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear each chicken breast until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- While chicken is baking, prepare a creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over the baked chicken before serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
