Instructions
- Lightly toast the star anise and cinnamon in the Instant Pot to awaken aromas.
- Add the stock and protein of choice, then seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rice noodles as per package instructions.
- Once cooking is complete, release the pressure and serve the broth over the noodles.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, lime, chili, and bean sprouts as desired.
Notes
