Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef brisket or chicken, sliced

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the star anise and cinnamon in the Instant Pot to awaken aromas.
  2. Add the stock and protein of choice, then seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the rice noodles as per package instructions.
  4. Once cooking is complete, release the pressure and serve the broth over the noodles.
