Description

A quick and flavorful weeknight dinner featuring tender chicken, crunchy broccoli, and a sticky honey sesame sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and chili flakes (if using).
  2. In another bowl, dredge diced chicken in cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the sauce mixture to the chicken and stir to coat, allowing it to bubble gently.
  5. Add steamed broccoli to the skillet and toss everything together until the broccoli is heated through.
  6. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.

Notes
