Delicious and easy-to-make meatballs cooked in a crockpot with a sweet and spicy honey Buffalo sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix ground meat with breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Brown meatballs briefly in a skillet to seal in flavor.
- Combine honey, Buffalo sauce, and soy sauce for the glaze.
- Transfer browned meatballs to the crockpot.
- Pour sauce over meatballs and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Serve on a platter with extra sauce, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, use a cornstarch slurry in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
