Description

Delicious and easy-to-make meatballs cooked in a crockpot with a sweet and spicy honey Buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ground meat with breadcrumbs, eggs, and seasonings.
  2. Form mixture into meatballs.
  3. Brown meatballs briefly in a skillet to seal in flavor.
  4. Combine honey, Buffalo sauce, and soy sauce for the glaze.
  5. Transfer browned meatballs to the crockpot.
  6. Pour sauce over meatballs and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  7. Serve on a platter with extra sauce, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, use a cornstarch slurry in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
