Ingredients

- 1 lb beef (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef pieces without overcrowding.
- Cook the beef until browned and crispy on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the remaining marinade to the pan and let it thicken and coat the beef, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free soy sauce. Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
