Description

Irresistible beef bites coated in a rich, sticky glaze, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef in soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and vinegar for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef pieces without overcrowding.
  3. Cook the beef until browned and crispy on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining marinade to the pan and let it thicken and coat the beef, stirring frequently.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free soy sauce. Serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
