Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, warm water, yeast, and salt until combined.
  2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
  4. Shape the dough and place it on a baking sheet.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) while the dough rests for 30 minutes.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
