Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour, warm water, yeast, and salt until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- Shape the dough and place it on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) while the dough rests for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Notes
