- 1 teaspoon Paprika (Adds color and subtle sweetness.)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (To taste.)
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper (To taste.)
- 2–3 large Russet Potatoes (Or use frozen fries.)
- 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce (For topping.)
- 1 cup Sliced Tomatoes (For topping.)
- 1 cup Red Onions (Sliced, for topping.)
- 1 cup Lettuce (Shredded, for topping.)
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting it into thin strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade, coat thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare fries by washing and cutting potatoes into strips. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake fries until golden brown.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- Layer crispy fries on a serving platter, top with cooked chicken, drizzle with tzatziki, and add fresh vegetables.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. You can use pre-cut frozen fries for convenience.
