Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound Pizza Dough (Store-bought or homemade)
- 1.5 cups Grilled Chicken Breast (Cooked and diced)
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce (Chopped)
- 0.5 cup Caesar Dressing (High-quality dressing recommended)
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil (For brushing the dough)
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly ground, to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- If using store-bought pizza dough, allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness, typically around 12 inches in diameter.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle black pepper over the dough.
- Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Distribute the diced grilled chicken evenly over the dressing.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Prepare the romaine lettuce by washing and chopping it into bite-sized pieces.
- Let the pizza cool for a couple of minutes, then drizzle more Caesar dressing and sprinkle the chopped romaine on top.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pizza before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispier crust, pre-bake the pizza dough for a few minutes before adding toppings. Experiment with different toppings for variety.
