Description

A delicious twist on a classic side dish, featuring crispy edges and fluffy insides infused with herbs and garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Potatoes (Russets or Yukon Golds)
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly without cutting all the way through to create an accordion effect.
  3. Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and fresh herbs.
  4. Brush the potatoes with the garlic herb butter mixture.
  5. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes until golden and tender, basting halfway through with additional butter.

Notes

For simplicity, use a mandoline for even slices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
