- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with greens or as desired.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken longer. Experiment with different herbs for a personalized taste.
