Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with greens or as desired.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken longer. Experiment with different herbs for a personalized taste.
