Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Add the chicken broth, basil, red pepper flakes, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the tortellini and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve in bowls garnished with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
