- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in powdered sugar, crushed pretzels, caramel sauce, and vanilla.
- Chill the mixture until firm.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Chill or flash-freeze the balls to set.
- Melt chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate.
- Drizzle with reserved caramel and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
