Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter, and salt to create a crumbly mixture.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- For the ganache, melt dark chocolate and mix with warm cream until smooth.
- For the caramel, cook sugar over medium heat until golden brown, then carefully whisk in butter and cream, finishing with fleur de sel.
- Layer the ganache over the cooled tart crust, followed by the salted caramel.
- Chill until set, then slice and serve with desired toppings.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor. Adjust salt in the caramel to taste.
